Common amenities are very nice, but gym is small. Free indoor bike store is great for regular bike commuters. Guest parking can be challenging on the weekends.

Groceries ten minutes in either direction. Nice amenities small gym and great pool with outside space. Dog friendly. Professional staff. Decent value.

The cost benefit for the amount paid x gym installations is very low. Other building with same standards have better gyms. And the gym photos on Instagram or in the website don't reflect the current gym installations. Too noise You can hear you neighbors to be honest, my upstairs neighbor is very loud, also , and the refrigeration systems is a hell Too noise all day long. It is impossible to be in the living room sometimes and when you go to bed even with the door close, is still noise as you have noise from the living room and bathroom as well. Horrible. Im sure that exist many ways today to make it smoother, so probably it must be reviewed.

I am enjoying not being an owner. Boston is a crazy expensive city to live in but the Alewife area is quite nice. The number one amenity is the very quick access to the Red Line. I've found this so good that for the first time in over 30 years I'm thinking of not owning a car. Location has been a huge plus. There were 3 complexes right next to one another when I picked the Hanover and I think I choose well. I terms of the Hanover it is new and very nicely setup. Service is quite good. I suspect the area gets better and better as it builds up. I'm very happy with my choice and likely to renew.
